What if I don't receive the email containing my eGift Card?
Make sure that you are checking the inbox for the email address associated with your Walmart Canada account (your login email address) and that your email inbox is not full. Your eGift Card code will come from delivery@giftcards.walmart.ca. If you do not see your email within 90 minutes of your purchase, confirm that it was not misdirected to your spam/junk folder. eGift Card codes are usually delivered in 90 minutes or, at most, within 48 hours depending on additional order validation required by Walmart Canada or your Credit Card company. You can also go to the following webpage: https://giftcards-locker.walmart.ca and enter your order details as directed (you will need your email address used to order on Walmart.ca and your Walmart.ca order confirmation number) and you can re-send the email to your inbox with the link to your eGift Card enclosed.

How do I find my Walmart Canada Order Number?
Refer to the order confirmation email sent from Walmart Canada or the email with your digital product information sent from delivery@giftcards.walmart.ca to find the Walmart Canada Order Number. You can also log in to your Walmart Canada account and navigate to your order history where you will see your orders listed.

What if the search page gives me an error that says: "Your digital product was not found with the information you entered"?
This means that the details you entered to find your purchase are either incorrect or your order hasn't been processed yet. Try back in a few minutes if you just placed your order or verify your order details from your Walmart Canada account.

What if my eGift Card has the message: "Your digital product is in process, please check back later"?
This means that your eGift Card code is still being generated and if there are no issues, should be emailed to you shortly. Try back in 10 minutes.

This means that your order had some issues during processing. You will receive an email from Walmart Canada confirming the cancellation.

The email will contain a link to your eGift Card code. The link will take you to the redemption instructions specific to the partner you purchased from. Be sure to save your email with instructions until after the value is credited to your account.

How can I gift a eGift Card code to someone else?
Access your purchase through the link in your email. Click the Send as Gift button next to the eGift Card code you would like to gift. Fill out the required fields (the recipient's email address) and select Send. You can gift a code as many times as you like, but it can only be used once.

How can I check that I sent the gift to the correct email address?
You will see a message in orange just above the Order Number that will show you the email address you just sent the gift to. If you return to the website at a later time and search for your order, you will be able to see the email address and the most recent date the gift was emailed by clicking on the eGift Card code.
